WELCOME BACK FAM!!

We will be limiting classes to 8 people during level 2 so make sure you jump over to the FB Group page and mark the poll. We will also be following the level 2 rules so make sure you clean/wipe down all equipment once used and if you feel sick stay at home.

We will also be starting a Re-Build program for the next 4 weeks this is purely designed to be nice and easy to start with and build us back up to pre lockdown strengths.
