Our training protocol involves a thorough Warm Up, Specific Mobility, Post Workout Stretching and for those looking for a bit extra we have two Ice Baths for you to elevate your recovery.

Follow this by a Hot water fall Shower or even some Hot-Cold Therepy and this becomes a perfect way to finish your workout.

Not only does Cold Therapy relieve muscles and helps you recover, it has a huge impact on your Mental Health. Increasing norepinephrine and endorphins release, it sharpens focus, improves mood, and builds mental resilience.
