Coach Liz is our Superstar coach on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings. She is a no-nonsense type of coach and will push you and help you achieve your goals. Liz is a master on the pull up bars

Jules Dempsey
Jules is our resident Olympic Weightlifting Coach. He takes the Saturday Olympic Lifting Classes and is an absolute wealth of knowledge.
He has coached not only some of the best CrossFit Athletes in New Zealand he also took & coached the New Zealand Olympic Lifting team to the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast, the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasglow, 3x Commonwealth Champs & 5x Oceania Olympic Qualifiers.

I have been in the fitness industry helping people achieve their goals for over 15 years.
I have been a certified CrossFit Coach since 2010 and coached hundreds of different people over the past 15 years.
Some of those being Kids, Teens, Women through pregnancy, Women Postpartum, people with absolutely zero physical activity experience, injuries, disabilities, competitive CrossFit Athletes, Sporting Athletes, MMA Athletes, & Weightlifting athletes to national levels and people just looking to loose a bit of weight and get in better shape.
