Today, we take on the Hero workout Murph in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, New York, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
Some potential options for this workout are:
- Cindy Style: 20 Rds of 5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups and 15 Squats
- Broke Cindy: 20 Rounds of 5 Pull ups, 5 Push ups, 15 Squats, 5 Push ups
- Big Cindy: 10 Rounds of 10 Pull ups, 20 Push ups, 30 Squats
- Half: Half the reps with any of the above options.
- Partner Murph: One person working at a time with any of the above options or run together.
