ALL OUT OCTOBER
This month we go All Out with the main goal being that to help us change/create healthier habits for our future life. Its also a perfect time to hone in on a skill that has been evading you, focus on your nutrition and making healthier meal choices to fuel your body correctly and working on your recovery which includes things like Mobility work, stretching, ice baths, & Sleep.
On Monday we will be Bringing along our goals and writing them down - it is also a great opportunity to test any goals you have and create a start point.
There will be a test workout as well to help us test and re-test our fitness at the start of the month and at the end.
