ALL OUT OCTOBER
Its the offical Start of ALL OUT OCTOBER. Your goal for October is to become a healthier fitter and stronger version of yourself.
Strength - Turn up to as many classes as possible and try to follow the program as much as you can - if that means coming up and using the gym outside of class times go for it.
Fitness - Again turn up to as many classes as possible but also we will be adding little weekly challenges throughout the month for you to complete. These will be things like running / swimming / biking ect.
Health - In a very general breakdown:
Nutrition - Look to decrease your intake of all Proceed Food and increase your intake of whole foods such as Veges, Meat & Fruit.
Water intake - Aim for 2 Litres per day, I know some people are doing more but if you can do more go for it use 2 litres as your minimum.
Sleep - now this is a tricky one for all those mums and dads out there but your aim is 8hours per day.
Just remember your aim is to make these little changes for the whole month ( and hopefully integrate them into day to day life) - if something doesn’t feel sustainable let me know and we can slightly alter it.
Also if you find yourself hitting a wall the worst thing to do is just say fuck it and blow out, instead allow yourself to have 1 little treat and get back on the bandwagon the next day.
