Welcome to a new year team. The month of January will be programmed to break you back into fitness. The strength will be basic strength on a progressive overload, this just means simple movements with increasing load as we go. The workouts will be short sharp and designed to get the lunges opening after lots off food and drinks from the holidays. In short it is going to be a great time to jump back into it and get yourself back into the swing with your fitness.
You will also notice the added scaled workouts. These will be programmed for all workouts so you can see what you will be doing if you wish to scale the workout :)
