Use a Dumbbell if you dont have a bar and just work practicing a full dumbbell squat snatch 1 each arm will = 1 rep. If you have a barbell use the 10sets to work technique and increase weight if it feels ohky. feel free to send me videos or facetime for some coaching on technique”
