Hay Crew

So its re-test week. All this week we will be retesting your 1RMs. Its a great opportunity to see how your hard work has been paying off and to see where your strength and fitness is currently at. Often it is really easy to put too much pressure on yourself to get Personal Bests during this week. Dont stress, sometimes the body might be sore, tight or just not feeling it on the day and that is 100% OK. Just look at it as a workout, turn up support your fellow crew and enjoy the process :)
